What is the difference between Starter and Business?+
Starter covers a focused website with straightforward presentation and one refinement round. Business adds a page, a more tailored visual and content structure, a tailored enquiry form, one agreed integration, two refinement rounds and fourteen days of post-launch cover.
What does “no fixed page limit” mean for a store?+
Store websites use repeating catalogue and product templates, so a simple page count is not useful. The required structure, product types and functionality are agreed before work begins, and the final quote reflects that scope.
Are products entered for me?+
Unlimited product entry is not included. You can add products through the store platform, or Luke can quote for entry after reviewing the product information, images, options and variations involved.
How do the support blocks work?+
Buy a £25 or £50 block only when you need one. It is not a monthly subscription, and the hours do not have to be used in the month of purchase. Each completed request reduces the remaining balance by the actual time spent.
What counts towards support time?+
Reviewing your request, making the change, testing it and publishing it all count. The times shown above are examples; actual time depends on the website and the material supplied. Each completed change and the time used are recorded, so you can see where your balance went and what remains.
What will be agreed before work starts?+
Your written proposal will confirm the pages, features, supplied content, refinement rounds, separate costs, responsibilities, intended timing and payment stages before work begins.
How are the domain and hosting handled?+
Account ownership, renewal costs, access and any ongoing maintenance are set out in the written project scope, so responsibilities and recurring costs are clear before the build starts.
How do I get started?+
Use the enquiry page to create a short project brief, then copy or download it and send it to Luke through Instagram.
